12:17 a.m.- Toby John Jacobi, 50, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 1:35 p.m. on unsecured bond.

12:59 a.m.- Timothy Joel Jury, 53, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and N Avenue on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, delivery of a controlled substance, drug tax stamp violation, driving without license, vehicle insurance violation, vehicle registration violation, defective muffler system and speeding . by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:07 a.m.- Rene Lynn Danner, 27, Melbourne, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of delivery of a controlled substance and drug tax stamp violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial released at 12:15 p.m.
