12:04 a.m.- Daniel James Downing, 30, Waterloo, arrested at U.S. highways 63 and 30, Toledo, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, driving while barred, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, vehicle insurance violation, operating vehicle without registration, driving while license suspended and speeding by the Iowa State Patrol.

12:46 a.m.- Daevon Andreas Morgan, 22, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East Business Highway 30 on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and driving without a license by Toledo Police. Released on Dec. 6 at 10:35 a.m. after serving time.

2:40 a.m.- Danielle Diane Johnston 23, Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino, rural Tama, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Placed on pretrial release at 1:58 p.m.

3:07 a.m.- Danielle Diane Johnston 23, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of assault / use / display of a weapon, leaving the scene of an accident and reckless driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pretrial release at 1:58 p.m.

10:24 p.m.- Senad Ibrahimovic, 51, Ankeny, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th street, rural Tama, on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Dec. 7 at 12:50 p.m. after pleading guilty.

12:13 a.m.- James Dean Keck, 44, Ft. Dodge, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 2nd offense possession of a controlled substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 2:13 a.m. on surety bond.

4:19 p.m.- Allen Terrell Gray Jr., 30, Waterloo, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and O Avenue, rural Traer, on charges of driving while barred and speeding by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 7 p.m. on surety bond.

Dec. 9

8 p.m.- Trudi Ann Mathes, 33, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East State street on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released on Dec. 10 at 9:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:38 p.m.- Robert James Hall, 40, Traer, charged at a location not recorded in the Arrest Press Log with simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Dec. 10

12:13 a.m.- Sahara Luv Martinez, 36, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Dec. 11 at 8:40 a.m.

9 a.m.- Jeffrey Wayne Miller, 38, Marshalltown, arrested in the 2500 block of smith Avenue, Marshalltown, on eight counts of violation of a no contact / protective order and a charge of tampering with a witness or jury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 11 at 3:35 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

7:25 p.m.- Wesley Allen Harrison, 26, Elberon, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and T Avenue, rural Chelsea, on charges of2nd offense drunken driving, speeding and vehicle insurance violation by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on Dec. 11 at 9:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
