Juvenile arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive, Toledo, on a charge of intimidation with a dangerous weapon by Tama Police. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

11:42 a.m.- James Michael Jeffery Kajer, 23, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on a charge of domestic abuse assault – impeding air or blood flow by Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 28 at 11:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:10 p.m.- Haylen Ann Shaver, 18, Colfax, Iowa, arrested at the Dallas County Jail, Adel, on two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 28 at 11:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:49 a.m.- Cesar Gonzalez, 25, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Harding Street on a charge of disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released at 4:50 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

3:50 a.m.- Cesar Gonzalez, 25, Tama, arrested at the Tama County Jail on a charge of assault on a peace officer or other officer in performance of duties by Toledo Police. Released at 4:50 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:29 p.m.- Norma Alicia Rivera, 46, Tama, arrested in the 800 block of East 4th Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault with intent by Tama Police. Released on Nov. 29 at 12:38 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:45 a.m.- Cristian Coury, 24, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1900 block of U.S. Highway 30, Toledo, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, driving while license suspended and failure to maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. 8:35 a.m.- Tommy Lee Duffer, 40, Shellsburg, Iowa, arrested in the 2000 block of U.S. Highway 30 on charges of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving while license suspended, speeding and false use of registration by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:55 p.m. Carlos Jefferson, 34, Toledo, arrested at South Broadway and College streets Toledo, on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 30 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
