6:21 p.m.- Crystle Marguerite Rivera-Martinez, 21, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of East 3rd Street on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released on nov. 23 at 9:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

12:55 p.m.- Charles B. Pirtle Jr., 31, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred on Nov. 25 at 10:45 a.m.

Nov. 24

8:25 a.m.- Nicholas William Zook, 31, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of simple assault and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 9:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

11:48 p.m.- Jaime William Hasselbusch, 25, Clarence, Iowa, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, charges of possession of a controlled substance in premises, vehicle or dwell and possession of a controlled substance, two warrants for failure to appear and two additional warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1p.m.- Terry Lynn Stephenson, 61, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of West Elm Street, Montour on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 26 at 9:45 a.m. on unsecured bond.
