10:10 p.m.- Danelle Tamany Wabaunasee, 36, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of South Broadway on charge of simple assault and on a warrant by Toledo Police.
Nov. 11
6:10 p.m.- Lester Tobias Lasley, 39, arrested in the 400 block of State Street on charges of simple assault and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released on Nov. 12 at 10:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.
Nov. 12
3:43 a.m.- Melissa Kay Argetsinger, 29, Grimes, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 30 on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 1:45 p.m.
3:51 a.m.- John Raymond Fortisi, 27, Grimes, arrested at the Meskwaki Travel Plaza on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred at 3:07 p.m.
8:10 a.m.- Cassandra Ruth Abram, 25, Central City, Iowa, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 2nd degree burglary and three counts of 2nd degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Offfice.
Nov. 13
4:41 a.m.- Erin Lea Ackerman 40, Marshalltown, arrested in the 800 block of Grant Street on charges of public intoxication, 3rd or subsequent offense by Tama Police.
7 a.m.- Patricia Diane Benters, 33, Shellsburg, arrested at the Mitchellville Correctional Facility on charges of possession of a controlled substance- 3rd or subsequent offense, possession of a controlled substance in premises / vehicle / dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia and on two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office,
Nov. 14
11:02 a.m.- Timothy Nolan Tholen, 40, Des Moines, arrested in the 200 block of West Highway 30 on a charge of driving while license suspended by Toledo Police. Released at 12:15 p.m. after posting cash bond
