2:59 a.m.- Jeffrey Kurt Lynch, 34, Marshalltown, arrested in the 12500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 5:42 p.m. after pleading guilty.

4:51 p.m.- Randy Lawrence Eisentrager, 27, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of East 3rd Street, Tama, on a charge of domestic abuse assault – impeding air or blood flow and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released on Nov. 1 at 10:35 a.m. on personal recognizances bond.

3:05 a.m.- Pedro Perez-Solis, 21, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of Highway 30 West on chagres of 1st offense drunken driving and driving without a license by Toledo Police. Released at 2:35 p.m. after posting cash bond.
