Nov. 1
3:07 a.m.- Oscar Batz-Mejia, 26, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of Highway 30 West on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released at 12:50 p.m. after pleading guilty.
3:07 p.m.- Luis Carlos Velasquez, 21, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of Highway 30 West on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released at 5:30 p.m. after posting cash bond.
10:15 p.m.- Jesse Daniel Lasley, 24, Tama, arrested in the 1200 block of 5th Street on a charge of disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on nov. 2 at 11:25 a.m. after pleading guilty.
Nov. 3
2:05 p.m.- Joshua Leroy Papesh, 21, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Main street, Toledo, on a warrant for violaiton of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 10 after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.
2:10 p.m.- Jospeh Brian Thompson, 43, Tama, arresterd in the 700 block of Siegel Stret on a charge of 3rd degree harassment by Tama Police.
4:55 p.m.- Bryan Deaundra Rudd, 24, Waterloo, arrested at U.S. Hgihway 63 and M Avenue, rural Traer, on charges of driving while barred, driving while license suspended, speeding, operation motor vehivcle without registration and vehicle insurance violation by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 7:55 p.m. on surtety bond.
Nov. 4
12:15 p.m.- Randy Lee Stewart II, 32, Cedar Falls, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of posession of a controlled substance- 3rd or subsequent offense by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
Nov. 5
10:52 a.m.- Jared Michael Young Bear, 20, rural Toledo, arrested at U.S. Hgihway 30 Expressway and F Aveneue on charges of 1st offense drunekn driving and failure to maintian control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nopv. 6 at 9:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
7:44 p.m.- Ferrol Ann Ward, 51, rural Tama, arrested in the 400 block of red Earth Drive, rural Tama, on a warrant for violation of temrs of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Relesed on Nov. 12 at 1:50 p.m. on personal reocgnizance bond.
