Oct. 27

3:15 p.m.- Joseph Alexander Gilchrist, 27, rural Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Juvenile arrested at the West Des Moines Police Department on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.

Oct. 29

2:50 p.m.- Tyler James Jackson, 21, Traer arrested at 2nd and Main streets, Traer, on a charge of driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 30 at 11:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

8:04 p.m.- James Joseph Croswhite, 36, Washington, Iowa, arrested in the 700 block of Main Street, Chelsea, on charges of domestic abuse assault, 3rd or subsequent offense and 1st degree harassment by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 31 at 1:55 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Oct. 30

5:30 p.m.- Levi Cruz Troxell, 20, Tama arrested in the 300 block of Siegel Street on charges of possession / purchase of alcohol at age under 21, disorderly conduct and a warrant by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 31 at 9:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:50 p.m.- Joshua LeRoy Papesh, 21, Traer, arrested in the 700 block of Mill Street, Traer, on charges of eluding, 1st offense drunken driving, failure to maintain control of vehicle and three stop sign violations by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 10 at 11 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court of the District Court.

8:50 p.m.- James Joseph Croswhite, 36, Washington, Iowa, arrested in the 100 block of N. Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 31 at 1:55 p.m. after posting cash bond.

10:05 p.m.- Joshua LeRoy Papesh, 21, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 4th degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 10 at 11 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court of the District Court.
