6:40 p.m.- Michael Guy Wabaunasee, 31, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of willful injury causing serious injury by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Oct. 24

2:03 p.m.- Kevin Kyle Kroeger, 23, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:31 p.m.- Joshua Mark Casey, 34, Tama, arrested at West 14th Street and Overlook Drive on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 25 at 10:50 a.m. on unsecured bond.

5:23 p.m.- Carlos Jefferson, 34, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East State Street on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Toledo Police.

6:37 p.m.- Trenton Del Garcia, 21, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of East State Street, Toledo, on two counts of 3rd degree sexual abuse and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Oct. 25

6:06 a.m.- Elijah Dayne Gerke, 18, St. Anthony, Iowa, arrested in the 1400 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

10:50 a.m.-0 Danny Dean Forrester, 55, rural Elberon, arrested in the 200 block of West High Street on charges of simple assault, obstructing emergency telephone call and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released at 11:50 a.m. on unsecured bond.

10:57 a.m.- Mirsad Osmanovic, 29, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1100 block of South Main, Traer, on two counts of driving while license suspended, vehicle insurance violation and false evidence of registration by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released
