1:23 a.m. Carrie Rachelle O’Hare, 30, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on charges of possession of a controlled substance in a premises / vehicle / dwelling, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and on two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
1 p.m.- Justin Allen Erickson, 25, Traer, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
5:56 a.m.- Eddie Reyna, 22, Belle Plaine, arrested at mile marker 204 on the U.S. 30 Expressway on charges of driving while license suspended and speeding by Toledo Police. Released at 7:40 a.m. after posting cash bond.
Oct. 18
7:49 p.m.- Elliott Funmaker Jr., 25, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on surety bond on Oct. 19 at 4:30 p.m.
8:35 p.m.- Leslie Quirarte, 18, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of U.S. 30 Expressway on charges on 1st offense drunken driving, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
Oct. 19
Jonathan Thomas Cowles, 26, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespassing by Toledo Police. Shipped out on Oct. 23 at 2:45 p.m.
Oct. 20
6:58 p.m.- James Michale Jeffery Kacer, 23, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1000 block of S. Prospect Drive on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 21 at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
