Oct. 12

2:50 p.m.- Robert Edward Fults, 26, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and County Road E29 on charges of driving while license suspended, violation of a restricted license and speeding by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 4:35 p.m. on surety bond.

9:18 p.m.- Jesse Daniel Lasley, 24, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of West 3rd Street on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 13 at 11:05 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Oct. 13

5:41 a.m.- Jose Ignacio Ramirez-Chilel, 24, Toledo, arrested at the Super 8 Motel on charges of driving without a license and speeding and two counts of forgery by Toledo Police.

7:58 a.m.- Shawn David Youngbear, 39, rural Montour, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and Tama County F Avenue on charges of driving while license suspended and vehicle insurance violation by the Iowa?State Patrol. Released on Oct. 14 at 10:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:45 a.m.- Joshua Robert Smith, 25, Des Moines, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse in Toledo on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release. Released on Oct. 16 at 9:55 a.m. after serving time.

11:15 a.m.- Anthony Lynn Ratliff, 35, Garwin, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
