Oct. 8
6:43 p.m.- Dale Evert Bogue, 31, Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a charge of 2nd or subsequent offense- sex offender residential violation.
10:10 p.m.- Macie Kae Medina, 20, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand, on a warrant for failure to appear arrested in the 100 block of Broad Street, Montour, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and neglect of a dependent person by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 1 at 7:30 p.m. after posting cash bond.
11:56 p.m.- Martin Hernandez, 25, rural Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on charges of assault causing bodily injury and possession of a controlled substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 9 at 2:50 p.m. on surety bond.
Oct. 9
2:45 p.m.- Daniel Mark Ditmarson, 58, Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Northwood, rural Montour, on a charge of providing false identification by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 12 at 9 a.m. after serving time.
3:28 p.m.- Derek Warren Poweshiek, 57, rural Montour, arrested in the 400 block of Northwood Drive on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and driving while barred by the Iowa State Patrol.
Oct. 10
11:50 a.m.- Timothy John Wall, 47, rural Tama, arrested in the 1700 block of 380th Street on a charge of 4th degree criminal mischief by Tama Police.
11:32 p.m.- Wesley Scott Phillips, 37, Grinnell, arrested at Iowa Highway 146 and Tama County road E69 on a warrant for violation of terms of probation arrested in the 100 block of Broad Street, Montour, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and neglect of a dependent person by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
Oct. 11
11:35 p.m.- Justin Lee Anderson, 21, Tama, arrested at Business Highway 30 and B Street, Toledo, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
Oct. 12
7:55 a.m.- Willis Wade Wrase-Sanache, 35, Tama, arrested in the 300 block of East 3rd on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police.
