Oct. 3
2:40 a.m.- Lal Rem Ruata, 31, Des Moines, arrested at West 8th and Siegel streets on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released at 2:25 p.m. after pleading guilty.
4:35 a.m.- Marcos Ramos, 33, Ottumwa, arrested at Business Highway 30 and south Broadway on charges of driving without a license and speeding by Toledo Police. Released at 5:48 a.m. after posting cash bond.
8:15 a.m.- Amber Renee Wanatee, 41, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main on a charge of 4th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released at 10:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
s10:16 p.m.- Brittany Ann Sells, 26, Garwin, arrested in the 300 block of south 3rd Avenue, Marshalltown, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
Oct. 4
12:56 a.m.- Conde Olu Anderson, 47, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. 30 Expressway and H Avenue on charges of driving while barred and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
10 a.m.- Heather Rose Myers, 36, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rurla Marshalltown, on a charge of 2nd degree theft and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 6 at 9:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
3:50 p.m.- Somen Kumas Deb, 35, Cedar Falls, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a charge of 1st offense stalking and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
3:57 p.m.- Robert Carl Steum Jr., 52, Tama, arrested at West 4th and McClellan streets, Tama, on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 7 at 10:25 a.m. after pleading guilty.
Oct. 7
11 a.m.- Misty Rachelle Shaver, 37, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of East Broad Street, Montour, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and neglect of a dependent person by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
11:40 a.m.- Kevin Jacob Carlton, 35, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of Broad Street, Montour, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and neglect of a dependent person by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
