7:12 p.m.- Garrick Lee Davenport, 37, Toledo, cited in the 100 block of West Highway 30, on a charge of driving while license suspended by Toledo Police.

11:52 p.m.- Corey Dwight Gott, 29, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 2000 block of 280th Street, Toledo, on charges of driving while license suspended and vehicle insurance violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct.. 1 at 2:40 a.m. on surety bond.

Oct. 1

5:29 a.m.- Lucian Rosea Moseley, 45, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1800 block of Highway 30 on a charge of driving while barred by Toledo Police. Released at 10:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:04 p.m.- Terry Lee Schoenhut II, 31, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of South Division Street, Montour, on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, 1st degree harassment, 5th degree criminal mischief, vehicle insurance violation – accident, operating without registration, two counts of driving while license suspended, child endangerment – no injury, simple domestic abuse assault and on two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 2 at 4:05 p.m. on surety bond.

8:39 p.m.- Braden Tyler Crane, 32, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of Broad Street, Montour, on a charge f public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 2 at 5:10 p.m. on surety bond.

Oct. 2

7:30 a.m.- Jeffrey Lynn Ross, 45, Marshalltown, arrested at the Ft. Dodge Correctional Facility on a charge of tampering with witness or jury and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Juvenile arrested at the Garwin-Green Mountain School on a charge of 4th degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.
