Sept. 28
2 p.m.- Audrey Rose Youngbear, 24, rural Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Sentenced and released on Oct. 1 at 2:15 p.m.
8:35 p.m.- Issaiah Thomas Roberts, 36, rural Tama, arrested in the 500 block of Red Earth Drive, rural Tama, on a charge of 4th degree theft by Toledo Police.
Sept. 29
11:44 p.m.- Daniel Mark Ditmarson, 58, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 4th degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 5 at 8:55 p.m. on surety bond.
11:32 p.m.- Alexis Khristyne White, 20, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1800 block of U.S. Highway 30 on charges of driving while license suspended and failure ot display registration plate by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 30 at 11:05 a.m. after pleading guilty.
Sept. 30
10:40 a.m.- Trycia Marie Lasley, 27, rural Tama,m arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
10:50 a.m.- Amy Maxine Meling, 41, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of unlawful possession of prescription drug, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and on two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 1 at 11:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
