Sept. 22

8 a.m.- Devon Lynnette Ward, 25, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, ont hree warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 24 at 1:30 p.m. after serving jail time.

9:45 a.m.- Ryan Jason Papakee, 43, rural Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 3:30 p.m. on surety bond.

10:30 p.m.- Alexa Marva Mauskemo, 21, rural Tama, arrested ta the Marshall county Jail, rural Marshalltown, on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:30 p.m.- Tedlando Jo Halverson, 50, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Sept. 23

5:25 a.m.- Rogelio Huerta-Lemus, 29, Marshalltown, arrested at the U.S. 30 Expressway mile marker 202 on charges of driving whle license reovked, vehicle insurance violation and speedingby Toledo Police. Released at 1:50 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

9:42 p.m.- Oscar Chavarria-Valencia, 21, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. 30 and Tama Couty Raod E66, rrual Cheslea on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and passing against lanes by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 24 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Sept. 24

1 p.m.- Adam Tait Maxwell, 41, Marengo arrested at the Belle Pliane Police Department on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 25 at 9:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Sept. 25

2:35 a.m.- Daniel Thomas Warnell, 55, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 9:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:15 p.m.- Heather Nicole Pratherm 29, rural Traer, arrested in the 1900 block of P Avenue, rural Traer, on warrant for failure to appear and a second warrant at the Tama County Jail in Toledo by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Sentenced and then released on Oct. 6 at 12:55 a.m.

10:34 p.m.- Anthony Lynn Ratliff, 35, rural Garwin, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of forgery, 3rd degree theft and a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Juvenile arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand, by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

Sept. 26

3:15 p.m.- Ceisha Rose Vanwey, 23, Marshalltown, arrested at Jiffy North on charges of driving without a license, vehicle insurance violation and failure to secure child in motor vehicle by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 27 at 9:50 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:23 p.m.- David Alcaraz-Garcia, 30, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. 30 Expressway at AA Avenue, rural Montour on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, speeding and driving without a license by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on Sept. 28 at 3:45 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

10:10 a.m.- Torin Lee Ward, 28, rural Tama, arrested in Tribal Court, Meskwaki Settlement on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 4 at 10:50 a.m. after posting surety bond.
