5:02 a.m.- Christina Marie Oetker, 25, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two warrants by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

9:39 a.m. Baron Warren Berhends, 55, Garwin, arrested in the 600 block of 3rd Street, Garwin, on a charge of 5th degree t5heft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office

Sept. 20

11:46 p.m.- Eric Ramon Lasley, 40, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of U.S. 30 West on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, driving while license suspended and driving on wrong side of roadway by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 21 at 11:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Sept. 21

8:20 a.m.- Jazmin Ruiz-Romero, 23, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Highway 30 east on a charge of disorderly conduct by Toledo Police. Released at 11:13 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

9:45 a.m.- Ryan Jason Papakee, 43, rural Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road on charges of interference with official atcs and providing false identification by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 22 at 3:30 p.m. on surety bond.

4:06 p.m.- Daniel Mark Ditmarson, 58, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of State Street on charges of driving while barred, public intoxication and harassment of a public official by Tama Police.

Sept. 22

8 a.m.- Richard Lee Hass, 49, Garwin, arrested in he 200 block of 4th Stret, Garwin, on a charge of 1st offense sex offender registration violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8 a.m.- Devon Lynnette Ward, 25, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toleod, onthree warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. RReleased on Sept. 24 at 1:30 p.m. after serving jail time.

9:45 a.m.- Ryan Jason Papakee, 43, rural Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 3:30 p.m. on surety bond.
