Sept. 11

6:58 p.m.- Jerry Dennis Martin, 70, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of Division street, Montour, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 24 at 12:15 p.m. on order of the court.

9:40 p.m.- Gary Dean Bird, 40, Newton, arrested at Kwik Star, Toledo, as a parole / probation violator and on charges of possession of a controlled substance, 3rd or subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police.

11:27 p.m.- Erin DuWayne Smith, 25, Vinton, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Traer, on a charge of disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office . Released on Sept. 12 at 9:25 a,m, after pleading guilty.

Sept. 12

2:01 a.m.- Terrell Alonzo Spencer, 23, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release and on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office . Released at 3:40 p.m. on surety bond.

8:42 p.m.- Jade Christine Foos, 23, Gladbrook, arrested in the 900 block of Sunset Circle, Traer, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 13 at 10:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Sept. 13

7 p.m.- Richard Eugene Forrest, 56, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of south Broadway on charges of sexual exploitation of children, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 14

6:30 a.m.- Adam Willis Kapayou, 34, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of disorderly conduct by Tama Police and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 9:40 a.m. after pleading guilty.

8 a.m.- Carrie Rachelle Ohare, 30, Cedar Rapids, cited by the Clerk of court’s Office om a cvhagre of possession of drug paraphernalia brought by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Sept. 15

2:29 a.m.- Dustin Ray Lutz, 22, Macks Creek, Mo., arrested in the 100 block of 1st Street, Garwin, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Sept. 16

5:16 a.m.- Sabir Martin Mamor, 35, Marshalltown, arrested at Business Highway 30 and U.S. Highway 63 on charges of driving without a license and speeding by Toledo Police. Released at 10:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Sept. 17

9 a.m.- Erin Venessa Drumm, 33, Gladbrook, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of perjury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
