Sept. 9

12:45 p.m.- Benjamin Calvin Schoultz 24, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 10 at 10 30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Sept. 10

9:05 a.m.- Dylon Scott Speicher, 23, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:43 a.m.- Julio Cesar Razo-Aguilar, 22, Tama, arrested in court in Toledo on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:42 p.m.- Jenna Leanne McClintock, 28, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Casey’s Dysart, for violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:13 p.m.- Dale Everet Bogue, 31, Tama, arrested in the 500 block of Seymour Street on charges of 4th degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released at 11:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Sept. 11

3:01 a.m.- Joseph Edward Davis, 32, Blairstown, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and P Avenue on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, driving without a license and failure to maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 1:15 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:22 p.m.- Jeramy James Clement, 40, Dysart, arrested upon court appearance on a charge of violation of a no contact protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:50 a.m.- Leandra LaRae Haughey, 31, Cedar Rapids, arrested in Court in Toledo on three warrants for violation of terms of probation, a warrant for failure to appear and a fifth warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office and on a charge of unlawful possession of a prescription drug by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
