Tama County Jail Bookings and Arrests

Sept. 5

6:37 p.m.- Derek Lynn Moeller, 53, rural Toledo, arrested in the 1500 block of 285th Street, rural Toledo, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 6 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:42 p.m.- Dale Lee Linsey, 46, rural Tama, arrested in the 1400 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on two charges of possession of a controlled substance and on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Sept. 6 at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9 p.m.- Issias Romero, 18, Tama, arrested at 11th and State Street on charges of driving without a license, vehicle insurance violation accident, improper rear lamp and license plate light violation by Tama Police. Released on Sept. 6 at 11:25 a.m. on unsecured bond.

Sept. 7

4:08 p.m.- Lyndon Douglas Davis, 26, Reinbeck, arrested in the 100 block of N. Main Street, Toledo, on a charge of dissemination of obscene material by telephone by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 8:35 p.m. on surety bond.

11:52 p.m.- George Michael Anderson, 58, Toledo arrested in the 1000 block of S. Prospect Drive on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 8 at 5 p.m. after pleading guilty.

Sept. 8

3:40 p.m.- Marcus Martell Leavy, 31, Waterloo, arrested in the 2900 block of U.S. Highway, rural Toledo on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, driving while license suspended and vehicle insurance violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Sept. 9

3:11 a.m.- Tyler David Miell 21, Montour, arrested at U.S. Highway Expressway and County Road T47 North, Montour, on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:50 a.m. after pleading guilty.

8:35 a.m.- Erin Venessa Drumm, 33, Gladbrook, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse, Toledo, on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
