Sept. 4

Noon- Angel Marie Pena, 31, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of E. Carelton, Toledo, on a charge of violation of condition of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 5:45 p.m. on surety bond.

2:24 p.m.- Cheyanne Rose Meany, 21, Evansdale, arrested in the 100 block of N. Main, Toledo on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release and on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Juvenile arrested in the 100 block of N. Main, Toledo on charges of exhibiting obscene material to a minor and 3rd degree harassment. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.

6:30 p.m.- Jeremy James Clement, 40, Dysart, arrested at Iowa Highway 21 and U.S. Highway 30, Elberon, on two charges of violation of a on contact order and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 7:25 p.m. after posting cash bond.

9:59 p.m.- Ty Erin Bear, 40, rural Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Sentenced and released on Sept. 10 at 11:54 a.m.

Sept. 5

2:27 a.m.- Jermaine Claude Spencer, 31, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:10 a.m.- Harold Raymond Croninm 40, Des Moines, arrested in the 1600 block of 305th Street, Tama, on a charge of domestic abuse assault- impeding blood – air flow, by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 10:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:56 p.m.- Nathaniel James Mortiz, 20, Belle Plaine, arrested at the Belle pliane Police Department on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:18 p.m.- Cassandra Marie Chiri, 30, Grinnell, arrested at Business Highway 30 and U.S. Highway 63 on a charge of driving while barred by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 6 at 11:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
