Tama County Jail Bookings and Arrests

Sept. 2

6:08 p.m.- Amber Terrero Escribano, 27, Tama, arrsted at the Iowa River Bridge on U.S. Highway 63 on a charge of driving while license suspended by Tama Police. Released at 8:15 p.m. after posting cash bond.

8:42 p.m.- Amador Lopez-Gomez, 29, Tama, arrested at 13th and Harding streets on charges of driving without a license, vehicle insurance violation and no license plate light by Tama Police. Released on Sept. 3 at 10:15 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Clerk.

Sept. 3

6:10 p.m.- Cody Allan Hand, 22, Wellsburg, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 6:45 p.m. after posting cash bond.

6:43 p.m.- Patricia Diane Benters, 33, Shellsburg, Iowa, arrested as a parole / probation violator and on a charge of providing false identification at U.S. Highhway 30 and R Avenue, Chelsea, by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 4 at 1:35 p.m. after pleading guilty.

6:57 p.m.- Jaine William Hasselbusch, 24, Clarence, Iowa, arrested at U.S. Highway U.S. Highway 30 and R Avenue, Chelsea, on charges of driving while license suspended and vehicle insurance violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:30 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

Sept. 4

6:50 a.m.- David Allen Gersema, 36, Marshalltown, arrested a West 13th and McClellan streets on a charge of driving while license suspended by Tama Police. Released at 9:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:30 a.m.- Erin Venessa Drumm, 33, Gladbrook, arrested in the 300 block of Johnston Street, Gladbrook, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:15 a.m.- Joshua Robert Smith, 25, Des Moines, arrested in the 400 block of West Highway 30 on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police.
