Sept. 1
5:15 a.m.- Felisha Ruby Kapayou, 23, rural Tama, arrested at U.S. 30 Expressway and C Avenue on a warrant for failure to appear and a second warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Sept. 3 at 12:40 p.m. after serving time.
5:15 a.m.- Megan Marie Walker, 23, rural Tama, arrested as a probation / parole violator at U.S. 30 Expressway and C Avenue by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred on Sept. 9 at 9:45 a.m.
10:20 a.m.- Angel Marie Pena, 31, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton Street on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 2 at 10:06 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
10:30 a.m.- Wynnfield Scott Catron, 63m Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 3rd degree harassment by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
4:49 p.m.- Alyssa Lynn Varner, 20, Vinton, arrested at the Benton County Jail, Vinton, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
6:09 p.m.- Rachelle Ann McFatridge, 25, rural Tama, arrested at East 3rd and Hall streets, Tama, on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 2 at 10:13 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
