5:30 a.m.- Shannon Tyrone Craig, 38, Waterloo, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 30 on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred at 10:34 p.m.

3:47 p.m.- Jordan Rex Thompson, 26, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West 4th Street on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Tama Police. Released on Aug. 25 at 4:45 p.m. after posting cash bond.

9:08 p.m.- Pudoli Mendoza-Gonzalez, 25, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 24 at 12:20 p.m. after posting cash bond.

11:43 p.m.- Chuanlian Thana, 33, Des Moines, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 Expressway and I Avenue, Toledo, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, vehicle insurance violation and filler to maintain license plate by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 26 at 6:10 p.m.

Aug. 24

12:36 p.m.- Jaylen Celia Sharee Padilla, 22, Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse in Toledo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on ug. 27 at 2:50 p.m. after serving time.

9:13 p.m.- Mandy Breann Lowrey, 29, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of S. Broadway, on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Toledo Police. Released on Aug. 25 at 10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:55 p.m.- Kristin Isabelle Jefferson, 31, rural Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of Sesame Drive, on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police.s Released on Aug 27 at 1:30 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:02 p.m.- Charles B. Pirtle Jr., 30, Toledo, arrested at the Hardin County Jail, Eldora, on charges of domestic abuse assault – 3rd or subsequent offense, 1st degree harassment, domestic abuse assault with injury and on a warrant by Toledo Police.

2:10 p.m.- Jeramy James Clement, 40, rural Dysart, arrested at the Benton County Jail, Vinton, for violation of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 4:05 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

3:56 p.m.- Charles B. Pirtle Jr., 30, Toledo, arrested as a parole / probation violator at the Tama County Jail, Toledo, by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8 p.m.- Derrick Kevin Mauskemo, 32, rural Tama arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charge of violation of a no contact / protective order and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Aug. 28 at 11:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:10 p.m.- Peggy Lynn Dunning, 45, Chelsea, arrested in the 400 block of Green Street, Chelsea, on a charge of interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 28 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:16 p.m.- Duane Keith Moffit, 50, Chelsea, arrested in the 400 block of green Street, Chelsea, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, simple assault and improper operation of an all-terrain vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 28 at 11:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
