Aug. 3
11:35 a.m.- Ashley Debra Miller, 31,, Conrad, arrested at a location not noted on the Arrest Press log on a charge of 4th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
3:27 p.m.- Amanda Jacquelyn Collins, 28, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of State Street on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Tama Police. Transferred on Aug. 4 at 1:11 a.m.
Aug. 4
12:35 a.m.- Kyra Rayann Vance, 22, Des Moines, arrested in the 200 block of deerfield Crossing, rural Toledo, on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 10:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
3:16 a.m.- Pedro Escribano-Pasi, 26, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Harding on charges of 2nd offense domestic abuse assault, criminal trespassing with injury – damage, disorderly conduct, 2nd offense public intoxication, 3rd degree criminal mischief and four counts of child endangerment – no injury by Tama Police. Released at 7:35 p.m. on surety bond.
4:19 p.m.- Jerry Terrell Demery, 28, Waterloo, arrested at Business Highway 30 and Taylor Drive, Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance / marijuana 3rd or subsequent offense, driving while license suspended and violation of vehicle insurance law by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 9:40 p.m. on surety bond.
4:44 p.m.- Miguel Manuel Antonio, 36, Tama, arrested in the 700 block of Garfield Street on charges of driving without license and operating a non-registered vehicle by Tama Police.
5:06 p.m.- Charles Edmund Bentley, 60, Ames, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Sentenced and released on Aug. 20 at 1:40 p.m.
Aug. 5
5:36 a.m.- Almor E. Malakai, 39, Waterloo, arrested ay Iowa Highway 8 and X Avenue, Dysart, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, driving without license, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and failure to maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released ta 3:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
12:50 p.m.- Nichelle Stacey Walker, 22, rural Tama, arrested at the Fresh Start Womens Center, Des Moines, om s warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County
