5:36 a.m.- Almor E. Malakai, 39, Waterloo, arrested ay Iowa highway 8 and X Avenue, Dysart, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, driving without license, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and failure to maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released ta 3:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:50 p.m.- Nichelle Stacey Walker, 22, rural Tama, arrested at the Fresh Start Womens Center, Des Moines, om s warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:53 p.m.- Carlos Cruz-Martinez, 33, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of North Church on a charge of driving without a license by Toledo Police. Released at 11:07 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Aug. 6

6:13 a.m.- Scorpio Lee Edwards, 22, Waterloo, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and o Avenue, rural Traer on two counts of driving while license suspended and speeding by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on Aug. 6 at 12:15 p.m. on unsecured bond.

Juvenile arrested in the q000 block of Prospect Drive on charges of possession / purchase of alcohol under age 21 and aiding and abetting by Toledo Police. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

1:41 p.m.- Zachary Elton Mask, 28, Traer, arrested at South Main and Toledo streets, Traer, on charges of driving while license suspended and no vehicle insurance by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 7 at 10:25 a.m. after pleading guilty.

6:56 p.m- Dylan Robert Kelley, 22, Montour, arrested in the 300 block of Broad street, Montour, on a charge of 2nd degree theft – motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Aug. 21 at 3:35 p.m.

8:26 p.m.- Israel Lee Comacho, 21, Tama, arrested at Iowa Premium on chagres of 4th degree theft and escape of a misdemeant by Tama Police. Released on Aug. 13 at 8:26 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Aug. 6

10:41 a.m.- Curtis Leslie Kirby, 43, Lincoln, cited by court on a charge of 3rd degree harassment by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
