10:05 p.m.- Eric Truss, 35, Chicago, Ill., arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 28 at 11:40 .m. after posting bond with the Clerk of the District Court.

July 28

5:04 a.m.- Jose De Jesus Garcia, 42, Marshalltown, arrested 1n the 1600 block of Harding, Tama, on charges of driving without a license and speeding by Toledo Police. Released at 10:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

July 29

12:30 p.m.- Skyler Jerome Johnson, 19, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office and on a charge of 4th degree criminal mischief by Tama Police. Released on July 30 at 10:17 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:40 p.m.- Donald Richard Mills, 57, homeless, arrested at the Cerro Gordo County Jail, Mason City, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 30 t 4:25 p.m. after serving time.

10:51 p.m.- Christopher Michael Propp, 27, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive, Toledo, on charges of 3rd degree burglary and 2nd degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 30 at 10:11 a.m. on perusal recognizance bond.

July 30

9.m.- Richard Derek Wolf, 43, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tow warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Noon- Toby Ernest Davis, 38, Gladbrook, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Noon- Dylon Edward Scott Speicher, 23, Tama, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids on row warrants for violation of terms f probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:22 p.m.- William Lowell Foster, 35, Vinton, arrested at the Benton County Jail, Vinton, on a warrant by Dysart Police. Released on July 31 at 10:25 a.m. after pleading guilty.

3:30- Jeremy Robert Arnoux, 27, Tama, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:30 p.m.- Tony Then Brown, 54, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on 3 counts of 2nd degree theft, one charge of burglary in the 3rd degree and a warren tby the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Jaylen Celia Sharee Padilla, 22, Toledo, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:38 p.m.- Dale Evert Bogue, 31, Tama, arrested in the 500 block of Seymour Street, Tama, on charges of 2nd degree theft, 3rd degree burglary and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 2 at 3:20 p.m. on surety bond.

10:40 p.m.- Cody Daniel Smith, 24, Tama, arrested in the 500 block of Seymour Street, Tama, on chagrs of 4th degree theft, 3rd degree burglary and accessory after the fct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Aug. 1 at 11:20 a.m.
