8:06 p.m.- Cody Ace Brinn, 28, Algonquin, Ill., arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of possession of a control substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 25 at 11:35 a.m. after posting cash bond.

July 26

Noon- Jesse Dean Clinton, 35, Cedar Rapids, arrested at he Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for failure to appear b by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:45 p.m.- Jeremy James Clement, 40, Dysart, arrested in the 2700 block of Tama County Road E66, Chelsea, on charges of 2nd offense domestic abuse assault and going armed with intent by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 28 at 3:05 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of the District Court.

July 27

9:14 p.m.- Leigha Irene Welch, 22, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of East Harrison Street on warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released on July 28 at 1 a.m. after posting cash bond.

9:30 p.m.- Christopher Lee Van Horn, 23, Urbana, Iowa, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 28 at 11:55 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of the District Court.

9:30 p.m. Jonathan Thomas Cowles, 25, Toledo, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
