10:47 p.m.- Ashley Eletta Smith, 30, Clive, arrested at the Des Moines Police Department on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.11:10 p.m.- Shay Alan Holts, 34, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Franklin, Montour, on a charge of 2nd offense domestic abuse assault and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on July 20 at 12:15 p.m.

July 20

8 a.m.- Michael Lloyd Peak, 67, Marshalltown, cited by court on a charge of 3rd degree harassment on a charge filed by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:05 p.m.- Tricia Marie Lasley, 27, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released on July 23 t 3″35 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

July 21

8 a.m.- Heather Rose Myers, 36, Marshalltown cited to court on a charge of 5th degree theft on a charge filed by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 22

10:30 p.m.- Samantha Marie Rix, 28, Albion, arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 27 at `0:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

July 23

4:10 p.m.- Jerry Dennis Martin, 70, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:29 p.m.- Whitney Marie Albertson, 32, Malcom, arrested at 4th Street and South Main, Traer, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, possession on a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 24 at 12:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

3:57 a.m.- Matthew Daniel Puig, 20, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. 30 Expressway and F Avenue, rule Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
