8:51 p.m.- Michel James Johnson, 36, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on charges of controlled substance- D felony, dominion / control of firearm / offensive wagon,child endangerment / no injury and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police. Released on July 24 at 5:05 p.m. on surety bond.

10:34 p.m.- Claude Lisle Smith, 70, Garwin, arrested at the Garwin Legion Bar on a charge of assault use / display of a weapon by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.Released on July 18 t 12:15 a.m. on surety bonded.
10:55 p.m. – Michelle Le Johnson, 35, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 18 at 1:35 p.m. on unsecured bond.

5:05 p.m.- Michael Patrick McFadden, 42, Malcom, arrested at the intersection of Tama County roads 380th Street and K Avenue, rural Tama, on charges of public intoxication and open container of alcohol – passenger in motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 19 at 4:10 p.m. after pleading guilty.11:50 p.m. -Eldon Darrin Powless, 48, Milwaukee, Wisc., arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 19 at 2:30 p.m. after pleading guilty.
11:52 p.m.- Arturo Cena, 57, Lexington, Neb., arrested in the 1200 block of U.S. Highway 30, rural Montour, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, driving without license and warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
