7:43 p.m.- Brittany Ann Sells, 26, Lincoln, arrested at 100 North Main st., Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on july 30 at 1:30 p.m. after serving time.

9:57 p.m.- Caleb Michael Packingham, 21, Cedar Rapids, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and iowa Highway 21, rural Elberon, on a charge of driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:33 p.m. after posting cash bond.

11:39 p.m.- Claude Leslie Smith, 70, Garwin, cited in the 200 block of Main Street, Garwin, on a charge of simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 15

10:40 a.m.- Tyler Scott Downs, 24, Evansdale, arrested at the Ft. Dodge Correctional Facility on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 16 at 2:20 p.m. on surety bond.

2:50 p.m.- Elijah Burton Plaehn, 23, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand, arrested as a parole / probation violator and on charges of 3rd degree harassment and contempt-violation of no contact order and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on July 16 at 12:45 p.m. on surety bond.

5:25 p.m.- Robert Lee Becker, 53, Dysart, arrested in the 600 block of State Street in Dysart on a charge of domestic abuse assault with intent by Dysart Police. Released on July 16 at 10:05 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:35 a.m.- Alex Anaya, 24, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main in Toledo on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:50 a.m.- Richard Derek Wolf, 43, rural Tama, arrested in court in Toledo on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 12:40 p.m. on a promise to appear.

1:20 p.m.- Jonathan Gallegos, 26, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 100 block of North Main in Toledo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:20 p.m.- Darin Christian Lewis, 43, Buckingham, arrested in the 1600 block of U.s. Highway 63, Traer, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8 a.m.- Dylan Robert Kelley, 22, Montour, cited to court on a charge of 4th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

11:55 a.m.- Bryson Lee Sheridan, 30, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse, Toledo, on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
