1:44 p.m.- Joanna Dawn Akeen, 30, Toledo, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and F Avenue on charges of driving while barred, driving while license suspended and dark windows in vehicle by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 5 p.m. on surety bond.

Juvenile arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.

July 7

4:30 p.m.- Jessica Renea Darrah, 29, Toledo, arrested in the 400 block of North County Road on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on July 8 at 10:35 a.m.

July 8

7:36 p.m.- Kevin Sean McKiernan, 33, Traer, arrested in the 700 block of 2nd Street, Traer, on charges of 3rd degree burglary, driving while barred, operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 10

1:30 a.m.- Jamie Katherine Sells, 36, Des Moines, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance- 3rd or subsequent offense by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 8:10 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

8 a.m.- Lori Ann Branine, 52, rural Tama, cited to court on charges of 2nd degree and 4th degree theft by Tama Police.

10:45 a.m.- Nicholas Edward Miller, 33, Cedar Falls, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a charge of 3rd degree harassment and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 11 at 10 a.m. on unsecured bond.
