10:45 a.m.- Seger Tyronne Brown, 36, rural Montour, arrested in Meskwaki Tribal Court on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred at 12:30 p.m.

2:17 p.m.- Anna Lori Leytham, 51, Garwin, arrested in the 500 block of Rider street, Garwin, on five counts of 1st degree theft and a charge of ongoing criminal conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

June 17

1:45 a.m.- Hector Garcia Lizarde, 21, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:49 p.m.- Ryan Jason Papakee, 42, rural Toledo, arrested at 108 E. Highway 30, Toledo, on charges of public intoxication and 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released on June 18 at 12:55 p.m. after pleading guilty.

10:34 p.m.- Gage Michael Rupp, 21, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a charge of assault causing bodily injury, for Tribal Court and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on June 18 at 10:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

June 18

1:22 a.m.- Sheldon Ward Whipp, 50, Mason City, arrested in Mason City on a warrant and for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Shipped out on June 19 at 3:45 p.m.

Juvenile arrested at U.S. Highway 63 at 340th Street on a charge of driving while license suspended by the Tama County sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

1:52 p.m.- Tyler Lee Longren, 31, Maxwell, Iowa, arrested in the 3200 block of M Avenue, rural Tama, on charges of simple domestic abuse assault and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County sheriff’s Office. Released on June 20 at 12:06 a.m. after posting cash bond.
