June 9
5:08 a.m.- Christopher Wayne Haller, 30, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 2000 block of Highway 30 east of U. S. 30 on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on June 9 at 9:09 a..m on surety bond.
11:09 a.m.- Evan Raye Kapayou, 44, rural Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on June 12 at 11 a..m on surety bond.
2:18 p.m.- Stacy Lee Jimenez, 40, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East High Street on a warrant by Toledo Police. transferred out at 4:45 p.m.
3:49 p.m.- Daniel Uscanga-Acosta, 19, Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Hall Street on charges of driving without a license, no vehicle insurance and failure to use seat belt by Tama Police. Released at 5 p.m. after posting cash bond.
Juvenile arrested in the 400 block of Harmon street, Tama, on two counts of 3rd degree burglary. No other information was available in the Press Arrest Log.
June 10
9:18 p.m.- Jaylen Celia Sharee Padilla, 22, Toledo, arrested in the 1200 block of State Street on a warrant by Tama Police. Released on June 11 at 9:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
June 11
3:30 p.m.- Joshua Luke Carroll, 29, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail Cedar Rapids, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
7:15 p.m.- Richard Derek Wolf, 43, rural Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Red Earth Drive, rural Tama, on three charges of forgery, two charges of 2nd degree theft, one count of 5th degree theft and four warrants by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on June 12 at 1 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
