5:50 p.m.- Jennifer Marie McFarland, 38, Reinbeck, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:19 p.m.- Adam Tait Maxwell, 41, Marengo, arrested in the 500 block of South Broadway on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on May 28 at 9:35 a.m.

5:08 a.m.- Anita Nevarez-Ramos, 27, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on two warrants by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 7:20 a.m. on surety bond.

12:07 p.m.- Arlene Catherine Swenson, 54, Cedar Rapids arrested in the 2300 block of 380th Street on charges of assault on a peace officer, simple domestic abuse assault and domestic abuse assault with injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 29 at 11:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:55 p.m.- George Michael Anderson, 58, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of Prospect Drive on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Toledo Police. Released on May 29 at 11:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

1:36 p.m.- Jamison Allyn Wyatt, 20, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of East Lincolnway, Montour, on a charge of animal neglect by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:06 p.m.- Allenia Marie Boots, 36, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:30 p.m.- Parnell J. Roberts, 41, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2700 block of Tama County Road E66, Chelsea, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, driving while license suspended and stopping on the traveled portion of the roadway by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 31 at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:06 p.m.- Yolanda Inez, 18, Moline, Ill., arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and P Avenue on a charge of driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:27 p.m.- Richard Lee Hass, 49, Garwin, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Garwin, on 14 charges of exhibiting obscene material to a minor by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 3 on surety bond.

7:49 a.m.- Jonathan Allen Sieck, 29, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of Central Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Tama Police. Released on June 1 at 10:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:54 va.m.- Pepper Ann Braden, 38, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of Central Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Tama Police. Released on June 1 at 10:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:36 p.m.- Donetta Jae Wanatee, 38, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West Village Road, Montour, on a charge of unlawful possession of prescription drug by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 10:10 p.m. on surety bond.
