9 a.m.- Remundo Villa Gomez, 25, Siegel, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of a no contact order / protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:15 a.m.- Alexa Marva Mauskemo, 20, rural Tama, arrested in the 1400 block of East 5th Street, Tama, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, driving while license revoked and child endangerment / no injury by Toledo Police. Released on May 23 at 10:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:42 a.m.- William Joseph Kelley, 41, arrested at the Department of Corrections Office in Toledo on a Black Hawk County warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 23 at 7:15 p.m. after serving jail time.

10:40 p.m.- Jamison Allyn Wyatt, 20, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of East Lincolnway, Montour, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on My 23 at 9:35 a.m. on surety bond.

May 23

3:22 a.m.- Ferol Ann Ward, 51, rural Tama, arrested at 9th and State streets, Tama, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, no vehicle insurance and driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office .Released at 4:10 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

May 24

1:47 a.m.- Keegan Michael Seeman, 23, Iowa City, arrested at 360th Street and K Avenue on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 6:41 a.m. on surety bond.

12:17 p.m.- Aaron Allan Wagner, 37, Grinnell, arrested at U.S. 30 expressway westbound exit 204, Tama, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and open container of alcohol in motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 25 at 10:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

May 25

12:32 a.m.- Shawn Milea Smith, 26, Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Grandview Drive on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Toledo Police. Released at 11:10 a.m. on unsecured bond.

1:35 a.m.- Jeremy Dean Oliver, 45, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of North Main on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Toledo Police.

9:50 a.m.- Angel Marie Pena, 31, Toledo, arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

May 26

1:30 p.m.- Luis Antonio Puentes-Lopez, 21, Montour, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:06 p.m.- Jammie Victoria Castillo, 36, New London, Iowa, arrested in

the 400 block of State Street on charges of disorderly conduct, driving

while license suspended, driving without license and stopping on traveled

portion of highway by Tama Police. Released on May 27 at 9:10 a.m. on

unsecured bond.

8:03 p.m.- Ryan Jason Papakee, 42, rural Tama, arrested at East 13th and

State streets on a warrant by Tama Police. Transferred on May 26 at 10:40

p.m.

of 5th degree theft filed by Toledo Police

9:33 a.m.- Santiago Antonio Villafana, 18, Toledo, cited at 365th Street and K Avenue for possession of alcohol under the legal age by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:42 a.m.- Zachary Tate Stegman, 20, Toledo, cited at 365th Street and K Avenue for possession of alcohol under the legal by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
