May 4

3 p.m.- Colton Lee Reed, 25, Cedar Rapids, arrested ta the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on for violation of conditions of pre-trial release and a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Shipped out on May 11 at 8:40 a.m.

8:06 p.m.- Jose De Jesus Ramirez-Contreras, 37, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of West 3rd Street on charges of driving without a license, no vehicle insurance, headlight violation, reckless driving and operation without vehicle registration by Tama Police. Released at 10 p.m. on cash bond.

11:59 p.m.- Hilario Rivera Martinez Jr., 23, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of South County Road on charges of driving while license suspended, reckless driving and no license plate light by Toledo Police. Released on May 5 at 11:05 a.m. after pleading guilty.

May 5

12:29 a.m.- Stuart Lee Martin, 27, Dysart, arrested in the 600 block of Tilford Street, Dysart, on charges of domestic abuse assault with intent, assault causing bodily injury, and three counts of neglect of a dependent person by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on May 5 at 11:05 a.m.

8:43 p.m.- Timothy Randall Miller, 31, Elberon, arrested in the 500 block of 2 St., Elberon on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:01 a.m.- Ashley Marie Thompson, 27, rural Tama, arrested in the 180 block of East Quail Road, rural Tama, on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on May 6 at 11:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond

11:36 p.m.- Kenneth Donald Stockman, 33, Des Moines, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 6 at 10:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

May 6

3:30 p.m.- Phillip John Garthoff, 34, Evansdale, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a charge of 4th degree theft and on a warrant by Toledo Police.

7:30 p.m.- Trintke Marie Welder, 27, Traer, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino, rural Tama, on three counts of neglect of a dependent person by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release at 9:40 a.m.

8:55 p.m.- Nicole Lee Morris, 27, Waterloo, arrested at he Tama County Jail, Toledo, on on May 7 on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May at 9 p.m. after serving time.

2:45 p.m.- Annette Gordon, 51, arrested in the 2900 block of U.S. Highway 63, Toledo, on charges of driving while license suspended and speeding by Toledo Police Released at 2:45 p.m. on surety bond.

9:16 p.m.- Wanda Rae Gonzalez, 38, Toledo, arrested in the 10000 block of Prospect Drive on a charge of chiild endangerment – serious injury and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on May 8 at 12:01 a.m. on surety bond.
