April 21

2 p.m.- Kevin Ray Mettlin, 43, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 22 at 9 :50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:30 p.m.- Bryce Arnold Dammann, 21, Grinnell, arrested on 400th Street at the Poweshiek County line on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

April 22

12:01 a.m.- Aaaron Mitchell Jones, 26, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East Ross Street, Toledo, on a warrant by Tama. Police.

2:32 a.m.- Frank Albert Glenn Jr. , 50, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 9:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:35 p.m.- Nicole Lee Morris, 27, Waterloo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9 p.m.- Eric Paul Greteman, 28, Carroll, Iowa, arrested at the Carroll County Jail, Carroll, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release at 12:30 p.m. on April 30.

April 23

7:30 a.m.- Timothy LeRoy Peterson, 28, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, waterloo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:04 p.m.- Lindsey Nicolle Catron, 25, Rhodes, Iowa, arrested at the Marshal County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a charge of simple assault and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released on April 24 at 11 a.m. after pleading guilty.

April 24

3:26 a.m.- Josephine Celine Davenport, 20, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of West Highway 30 on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, public intoxication and possession / purchase of alcohol under age 21 by Toledo Police. Released on april 25 at 9:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
