April 20

1:38 a.m.- Tanner Jo Halverson-Weese, 30, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

3:24 a.m.- Michael James Graham, 35, Grundy Center, arrested in the 1900 block of 190th Street, Traer, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and driving without a license by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:50 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:55 p.m.- Alex Anaya, 24, Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 22 at 7:40 a.m. on court order.

8:59 p.m.- Levi Andrew Palmer, 31, Traer, arrested in the 800 block of 5th Street, Traer, on a charge of 2nd degree theft by Tama Police. Released on April 21 at 2:45 p.m. on surety bond.

10:18 p.m.- Mitchell David Scott, 30, Escondido, Calif., arrested at the Linn County Jail in Cedar Rapids on a charge of 5th degree theft and on warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on April 21 at 10:19 a.m. after pleading guilty.

April 21

1:54 p.m.- Joseph Albert Zein, 56, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of West High Street on two charges of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police. Released at 4:20 p.m. on surety bond.
