April 16

10:15 a.m.- Toby Ernest Davis, 37, Garwin, arrested in a court appearance for 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:50 a.m.- Erin Lea Ackerman, 39, Marshalltown, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Sentenced and released on April 23 at noon.

1:45 p.m.- Kevin Lee Bair, 45, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of N. Main, Toledo, on a charge 5th degree theft by Tama Police. Released at 4:15 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

2:45 p.m.- Kevin Lee Bair, 45, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of N. Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 4:15 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

9 p.m.- Jonathan Thomas Cowles, 25, Toledo, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

April 17

1:03 a.m.- Jonathan Gallegos, 25, Cedar Rapids, arrested at U.S. 30 and P Ave., Tama on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, driving while barred, providing false identification, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, no vehicle insurance, driving while license suspended and speeding by the Iowa State Patrol. Placed on pre-trial release at 12:20 p.m.

5:47 a.m.- Leonardo Cardenas-Cardenas, 51, arrested at Business Highway 30 and Oakland Drive, Tama, on charges of driving while license revoked and speeding by Toledo Police. Released at noon on personal recognizance bond.

1:54 p.m.- Petrice Head, 40, Niobrara, Neb., arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Sentenced and released on April 23 at 2:20 p.m.

9:53 p.m.- Thomas Alan Hamilton, 53, Traer, arrested in the 600 block 5th Street, Traer, on charges of 3rd degree harassment and simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 28 at 11:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

April 19

6:55 p.m.- Jamison Allyn Wyatt, 20, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of East Jacob Street, Montour, on two counts of contempt violation of a no contact order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 20 at 4:36 p.m. on surety bond.

April 20

1:38 a.m.- Tanner Jo Halverson-Weese, 30, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

3:24 a.m.- Michael James Graham, 35, Grundy Venter, arrested in the 1900 block of 1190thStreet, Traer, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and driving without a license by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:50 p.m. on personal rrecognizancebond.

7:55 p.m.- Alex Anaya, 24, Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 22 at 7:40 a.m. on court order.
