Tama County Jail Bookings & Arrests

CORRECTION – The Chronicle incorrectly reported in April Jamison Allyn Wyatt, 20, Montour, was arrested in Cedar Rapids on charges by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Wyatt was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on March 3 in Toledo on two counts of violation of conditions of pre-trial released and on March 20 in Montour on March 20 on a warrant for failure to appear.

April 14

Bart Marion Ingebritson, 35, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of U.S. Highway 30, Tama, on a charge of driving while license suspended. Sentenced and released on April 14 at 12:05 p.m.

4:31 p.m.- Briana Nicole Morrow, 24, Tama, arrested at a location not noted in the Press Arrest Log on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Tama Police.

5:35 p.m.- Keena Clay Akeens, 34, rural Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Grandview Drive on charges of unlawful possession of a prescription drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and five counts of 1st degree harassment by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on April 15 at 2:29 p.m.

7:45 p.m.- Jermaine Claude Spencer, 31, rural Montour, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a charge of violation of conditions pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 9:50 p.m. on surety bond.

10 p.m.- Amber Renee Wanatee, 41, rural Tama, arrested in the 500 block of Red Earth Drive, rural Tama, on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
