9:27 p.m.- Matthew Glen Charles Morgan, 32, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of Broad Street, Montour, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:40 p.m.- Dylon Edward Scott Speicher, 23, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of assault causing injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:40 p.m.- Dustin Lee Ritter, 27, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of assault causing injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:29 p.m.- Lindy Marie Kos, 34, Dysart, arrested in the 500 block of Fairlane Street on a charge of violation of terms of pre-trial release by Dysart Police. Released on April 9 at 1:40 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of the District Court.

7:30 p.m.- Jaquille Oneal Anderson, 20, Waterloo, arrested at U. S. Highway 63 and K Avenue on charges of driving while license suspended, speeding and on a warrant for failure to appear by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on March 27 3:35 p.m. after pleading guilty.

9:19 p.m.- Lindy Marie Kos, 34, Dysart, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 9 at 1:40 p.m. afrer posting bond with the Clerk of the District Court.

10:39 p.m.- Tanya Louise Bradbury, 33, Montour, arrested in the 300 block of South Main, Montour, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 27 at 9:55 a.m.on order of the court.

10:13 a.m.- Jana Roberts, 49, rural Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:15 a.m.- Jon Robert Harris, 51, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 2700 block of Tama County Highway E66, Chelsea, on charges of ongoing criminal criminal conduct, 3rd or subsequent offense possession of controlled substance, possession of lithium, possession ether, unlawful possession of a prescription drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, controlled substance violation C and two counts of 2nd degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 10 at 6:40 a.m. after serving time.

10:55 p.m.- Jesse Patrick Coady, 32, Des Moines, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino, rural Tama, on charges of assault on a peace officer / others involved in certain occupations, public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police .Released on March 28 at 10:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:37 a.m.- Luis Antonio Puentes-Lopez, 21, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of South Madison Street, Montour, on charges of interference with offical acts and disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on April 2 at 4:05 p.m.

11:53 a.m.- Nichole Lee Morris, 27, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:13 a.m.- Ruben Lee Hickman,19, Mason City, arrested at 11th and State Streets on a probation / parole violation by Tama Police.

10:43 a.m.- Luis Antonio Puentes-Lopez, 21, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release at 4:05 p.m.

6:40 p.m.- Dustin Travis Smolek, 21, Belle Plaine, arrested in the 3200 block of 380th Street, Chelsea, on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 31 at 10:25 a.m. after pleading guilty.

8 a.m.- Ty Erin Bear, 40, rural Tama, cited to county on a charge of 4th degree theft by Toledo Police.
