8:09 p.m.- Stefani Jo Perdue, 19, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street rural Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on March 20 at 8:15 p..m on personal recognizance bond.

8:09 p.m.- Gustavo A. Diaz Jr., 22, Marshalltown arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street rural Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

March 12

2 a.m.- Emily Irene Duncan, 18, Marengo, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino, rural Tama, on charges of simple assault and interference with official acts by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at noon after pleading guilty.

2:04 a.m.- Shaikim Shakile Bolden, 20, Marengo, arrested in the 1500 block of305th Street, rural Tama, on charge of simple assault by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 12:23 p.m. after serving time.

11:15 a.m.- Nicole Lee Morris, 27, Waterloo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

March 13

4:41 a.m.- Emmanuel Efrain Rivera, 24, Marshalltown, arrested in the 200 block of U.S. Highway 30, Toledo, on a charge of driving while license suspended by Toledo Police. Released at 9:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

2:36 p.m.- Nicholas Dagoberto Rivera-Valencia, 24, Marshalltown, arrested at East 3th and Oswego streets on charges of driving while license suspended, operating a non-registered vehicle, speeding and no vehicle insurance by Tama Police. Released on March 14 at 11:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

11:23 p.m.- Shay Allan Holts, 33, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of North Franklin, Montour, on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 14 at 2:20 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

March 14

2:59 a.m.- Ray Charles Anderson, 37, Gladbrook, arrested in the 600 block of 6th Street, Gladbrook, on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 3:05 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:02 p.m.- Douglas Harry Hala, 41, homeless, arrested in the 200 block of West 4th Street on a charge of disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on March 23 at 3 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9 p.m.- Trudi Ann Mathes, 32, Tama ,arrested in the 500 block of South Green Street, Toledo, on a charge of harassment by communication by Tama Police. Released on March 15 at 10:30 a.m. on unsecured bond.

2:20 p.m.- Joshua Dean Forrester, 25, Belle Plaine, arrested in the 1700 block of Harding on a charge of disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on March 16 at 10:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

March 16

6:41 a.m.- Henry William Hoerner, 61, Toledo, arrested at Iowa Premium Beef on charges of driving while license suspended, no vehicle insurance / accident and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released on March 18 at 8:16 a.m. after pleading guilty.

1:32 p.m.- Casey Jaye Ruiz, 31, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of S. Prospect Drive on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Toledo Police. Released on March 17 at 9:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
