8 a.m.- Elizabeth Ann Theilen, 37, rural Traer, cited by court on two charges of 5th degree theft filed by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:08 p.m.- Jamison Allyn Wyatt, 20, Montour, arrested at 10 N. Main, Toledo, on two counts of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 12 at 5:30 p.m. on surety bond.

March 4

Nicole Lee Morris, 27, Waterloo, arrested in Waterloo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 9:05 p.m. on surety bond.

6:31 p.m.- Andrew Kyle Samuelson, 27, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton on a warrant by Toledo Police.

March 5

1:30 p.m.- Sharon Marie Christopherson, 67, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of criminal trespassing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 6 at 10:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:30 p.m.- Jean Marie Vopalka, 78, Belle Plaine, arrested in the 100 block of N. Main, Toledo, on a charge of criminal trespassing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 6 at 10:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:37 p.m.- Jerry Dennis Martin, 69, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of Division Street, Montour, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.Sentenced and released on March 9 at 11 a.m.
