8 a.m.- June Faye Bear, 68, rural Tama, cited by the court on a charge of 5th degree theft filed by Toledo Police.

10:33 a.m.- Ronald Lee Mumby, 52, Chelsea, arrested in the 3700 block of Tama County Road V18, Chelsea, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Feb. 10 at 10:50 p.m. after serving times.

Juvenile charged at Shopko, Toledo, on a charge of 3rd degree theft by Toledo Police. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

9:05 p.,m.- Martin Hernandez, 25, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Highway 30 West on charges of criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct by Toledo Police. Released on Feb. 10 at 10:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

8:30 a.m.- Nanci Kay Parizek, 44, Vining, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 1st degree theft and five counts of felonious misconduct in office by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:46 p.m.- Gary Dean Lynch, 65, Marshalltown, arrested in the 3300 block of 150th Street, Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama county Sheriff’s Office.
