Feb. 5

12:50 p.m.- Jay Shannon Bear, 20, rural Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation and a second warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:59 p.m.- Shannon Danielle Haines, 29, Toledo, arrested at South Church and East Ross streets on a charge of driving while license suspended by Toledo Police. released at 6:25 p.m. on surety bond.

Feb. 6

8:42 p..m- Jenna Leann McClintlock, 27, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 700 block of Wilson Street on nine counts of forgery and charges of 5th degree theft and driving while license suspended by Dysart Police.

11:10 p.m.- Stephen Jon Gates, 51, Burlington, arrested at the Sunnyside Tavern Traer, on charges of providing false identification and public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Feb. 7 at 11:05 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Feb. 7

3:54 a.m.- Kennon Jean Harter, 37, Grinnell, arrested at Iowa Highway 146 and B Avenue, Gilman, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and failure to maintain control by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 1:50 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Feb. 8

1:46 a.m.- Christine Chinahaw Hicks, 24, arrested in the 100 block of East Business Highway 30 on a charge of driving while license suspended by Toledo Police. Released at 11:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

3:25 a.m.- Cody Jay Hennings, 23, rural Traer, arrested in the 300 block of 3rd Street, Clutier, on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing and interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 1 p.m. after pleading guilty.

10:50 p.m.- Joshua Dale Todd, 28, Garwin, arrested in the 100 block of 1st street, Garwin, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Feb. 9 at 10:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
