9:38 p.m.- Gregory Allen Barth, 53, Kellogg, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of assault / use / display of a weapon by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Jan. 31 at 10:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:35 a.m.- Levi Gregory Woehlk, 25, rural Toledo, arrested at 3rd and Main streets, Garwin, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 3:55 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:51 p.m.- Erin Venessa Drumm, 32, Gladbrook, arrested in the 300 block of Johnson Street, Gladbrook, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:30 p.m.- Jaylen Celia Sharee Padilla, 22, Toledo arrested in the 200 block of Highway 30 West on a warrant by Toledo Police.

Feb. 4

8:30 a.m.- Merlin Forrest Choneska Jr., 40, addresses of Tama and rural Tama, cited by court on a charge of 4th degree theft filed by Toledo Police.

10:37 a.m.- Tracy Dianne Randol, 46, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:59 a.m.- Jeremy Robert Arnoux, 26, Tama, arrested in the 1200 block of East 5th Street on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Tama Police.

7:50 p.m.- Jerry Dennis Martin, 69, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of Division street, Montour, on a warrant for failure to appear and a second warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Feb. 5 at 11:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Feb. 5

4 a.m.- Thereasa Teeann Gragg-Paffel, 54, Tama, arrested in the 500 block of Beautiful Street, on charges of domestic abuse assault with injury, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Tama Police.

Released at 11: 35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:03 p.m.- Anthony Lynn Ratliff, 34, Garwin, cited by court on a charge of 5th degree theft filed by Toledo Police.
