5:17 p.m.- Theron Dale Garcia, 21, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of Eats State Street, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

6:48 p.m.- Michael Paul Rutledge, 37, Dysart, arrested in the 300 block of Lincoln Street, on charges of possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense and possession of drug paraphernalia by Dysart Police.

8:40 p.m.- Michael Anthony Lourens, 27, Pleasant Hill, Iowa, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 4th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Jan. 28 at 5:50 a.m. on surety bond.

9:30 p.m.- Michael Martin Neave, 40, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Tama Police.

11:10 p.m.- Mona Lisa Roberts, 49, rural Tama, arreste in the 100 block of West 3rd street on a charge of disorderly conduct by Tama Police.
