10:45 p.m.- Shay Alan Holt, 33, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Jan. 11 at 12:02 a.m. on surety bond.

9:15 a.m.- Norma Jean Johnson, 47, Traer, arrested in the 200 block of Berlin Street, Traer, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and aiding and abetting by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:15 a.m.- Billy Wayne Fowler, 51, Traer, arrested in the 600 block of North Street, Traer, on a charge of violation of a no contact order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:01 p.m.- Amber Nicole Stirm, 32, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Juvenile arrested in the 100 block of North Main street, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.
