9:42 p.m.- Gary Dean Lynch, 65, Marshalltown, arrested in the 3300 block of 150th Street, Marshalltown, on charges of assault causing bodily injury, 5th degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:27 p.m. after posting cash bond.

11:26 p.m.- William Adam Raub, 42, Dysart, arrested in the 700 block of wilson street on a chagre of 1st offense drunken driving by Dysart Police. Released on Dec. 31 at 12:10 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:15 p.m.- Ashly Christine Wells, 30, Wichita, Kan. arrested in the 2200 block of U.S. Highway 30, Tama, on charges of unlawful possession of prescription drug, public intoxication, violation- vehicle insurance- accident, driving without a license and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:31 a.m.- Nathan Richard Rice, 18, cedar Rapids, arrested in the 400 block of 2nd Avenue, Vining, on charges of possession of a cotrolled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and fireworks by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
